Dear Customer,

Current SAP Business Objects version is coming to an end of life and therefore needs to be upgraded.

This upgrade has been scheduled as follows.
Maintenance window start: Saturday November 16th at 07:00 AM UTC
Maintenance window end: Saturday November 16th at 16:00 PM UTC

During this time, SAP Business Objects will not be available.
